The Brief

VC owned services company had grown rapidly through acquisition to offer over a dozen different services through different business units.  We were asked to work with, and facilitate, the senior management teams to define Value Propositions for each service levering the Group’s overall scale and expertise.

What We Did

Reviewed internal and external market research and competitive offers.  Developed and facilitated 6 workshops to produce compelling, credible and differentiated Value Propositions for each Service Offer.

What Happened

Value Propositions were agreed by the Board and Investors before driving creation of the content of the new corporate website and marketing communications as well as upgrading the Selling Stories.
